Refund policy

At ALMASHREQ, we always aim to provide the best quality products and service to our customers. If you encounter any issue with your order, please review our return policy below:

Returns

Items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery only if the product received is damaged from the factory or if there was an error in the order from our side. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that products damaged due to misuse or handling by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

To complete a return, the items must be brought to one of ALMASHREQ branches. After the product is checked and approved, the refund will be issued on the same day through our branch representative.

Credit Card Payments

For orders paid by credit card, the refund process will be initiated once the returned items are received at our branch. The amount will be refunded according to the bank’s processing time.

Delivery Fees

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
